We are pleased to offer a Bedsit available for rent. Rent is charged over a 48 week period, with 4 non-chargeable weeks at Easter, August and Christmas bank holidays, providing your rent account is up to date. We will require you to make rent payments in advance. Universal Credit claimants will need to make an advance rent payment of 1 months rent, as do those in employment. Our properties are unfurnished and have no carpets/floor coverings. Our homes are not decorated and will be as the last tenant left them, decoration wise. We do not charge tenancy fees/agent fees. There is no bond/deposit to pay and our rents are low, in order to ensure your home with us is as affordable as possible so you can make your tenancy a success. With our prior consent, we may allow one pet- eg one cat or one dog, if you wish. Your tenancy will be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for the first 12 months and will be converted into an assured tenancy after 12 months providing the tenancy has been conducted in a satisfactory manner. You must expect a telephone call about your bid anytime after you have placed it as we will be contacting interested applicants before the property advert is closed. Please ensure your contact details on your Bradford Homes application are correct and you have your phone available to take calls. If we contact you and there is no answer we will leave a message but we will move on to the next applicant so we cannot guarantee the property you have placed a bid for will still be available when you return our call. .
