New build properties
There are planned new build developments at the following sites:
- Station Road, Denholme, BD13 (former saw mill estate)
- 72 houses (8 x 1 bed, 20 x 2 bed, 40 x 3 bed and 4 x 4 bed)
- Landlord: Together Housing
- Expected completion date Winter 2022
- Once the properties are ready to let, they will be allocated by matching applications from the housing register that meet the property criteria. This will be based on applications that are in the highest band and have been in the band the longest. These properties will only be advertised on BradfordHomes for bidding if there has not been a suitable match.
