If you have nowhere to stay tonight, you will need to present to Housing Options at one of the office locations below. If it is outside of office hours, you will need to telephone the emergency duty team on 01274 381999.
IMPORTANT: In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, Housing Options is operating a telephone based service for all customers, including those that have nowhere to stay on the night. To access this service, customers will need to telephone 01274 435999 where a telephone assessment will be arranged. Free phones can still be accessed from Britannia House Customer Service Centre and Keighley Town Hall. These should only be used where there is no alternative.
Following Public Health advice, if you are experiencing any symptoms of the Coronavirus, please avoid attending our office locations. All contact should be made via the telephone.
